Support excellence in logistics by:

• Carry out improvement projects to stimulate the productivity and quality of a site 
• Act as a flying squad that knows how to improve industry procedures with concrete tools, aiming to increase efficiency, raise quality, and improve services to our customers.
• Focus on continuous improvement across the business lifecycle utilizing Plan-Do-Check-Act and Kaizen methodologies, standardization, and governance

Development of large and complex implementation projects such as the implementation of new customers, relocations of operations, facility construction, optimization of existing operations or strategic internal projects, according to CEVA’s ZDS (Zero Defect Start-up) Project Management Methodology. 

Increase our customer satisfaction by:

• Management of expectations for customers, facilitating communication;
• Ensure customer requirements are met, while respecting the budget, and establishes critical performance metrics;
• Communicate project progress, issues, escalations and facilitate resolutions where require

Joining Solution Design, you will support by providing sound analysis/reporting on CEVA internal or customer datasets and develop innovative optimization solutions. You will also propose innovative solutions to our potential new customers or new business with existing customers. 

Provide strategic direction for Product and Business Development and:

• Help providing competitive offerings to strategic customers
• Collaborate global and regional products to develop best in class product solutions by using expert knowledge of the market and best-practice
• Analyze Customer Requirements and drive an efficient and professional methodology to respond to big tenders, RFIs / RFQs
• Execute supply chain optimization projects for existing and potential new customers
